Piercing Policies
Piercing Policies
Please thoroughly read this page before booking an appointment. You are responsible for understanding and following these guidelines.
NO PIERCINGS UNDER THE AGE OF 9. This policy is set by the personal preferences of our piercers.
WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS FOR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel or no-show within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee ($40 for piercings & $10 for jewelry changes/consultations).
If you’re not feeling well, even if you think it may be “allergies”, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment in order to keep our staff safe and healthy. Due to our cancellation policy, you must cancel prior to the 24-hour cutoff time.
On Your Appointment Day
Eat within 4 hours of your appointment.
Be on time, no need to arrive early for your appointment. If you’re coming as a walk-in, please be mindful that appointments will take first priority, so there may be a wait to get you in.
Clients Under 18:
Minors can get certain piercings with a parent or legal guardian present:
9 to 12: Earlobes.
13 and up: Earlobes, helix, conch, nostril, or septum.
16 and up: Everything listed above, plus daith, tragus, rook, forward helix, industrial, eyebrow, navel, tongue, or lip (includes lip, labret, vertical labret, philtrum, or beauty mark).
Navel and industrial piercings are anatomy dependent, which means not everyone has anatomy that’s suited for these piercings. Please have a back-up option in mind when booking, or email us before you book if you want to see if your anatomy is well suited for the piercing.
Parent or legal guardian must be present during the entire appointment.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
The parent or legal guardian’s state-issued ID or passport.
One of the following for the minor:
State-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, learner’s permit, state-issued ID card) showing minor’s full name and birth date
OR: Birth certificate AND a photo ID (such as school ID) with minor’s full name and photo
If the legal guardian and minor do not share the same last name, we need official proof of guardianship such as court documents, marriage certificate, or name change documents.
